Shifts
Create the shifts, including start and end time, additional details of activities performed in that shift, ordering, limits, formatting (color for easier identification in reports) among other details. Shift creation automatically calculates the number of day and night hours.
Parameterization of scales
Each employee can have one or more roster frequencies (for example: does morning, afternoon, evening and day off). Shift.pt allows you to create the roster alignments/frequency and assign to each employee individually, different or multiple ones.
Generation and monitoring of scales
The entire calculation of the shift map is performed automatically, following all the specific information of each employee (shift frequency, scheduled absences, limit of employees in a specific shift, holidays, among many other parameterizations).
